At Acadia Alchemy, we take great care in crafting and packaging our products with intention and integrity. Due to the personal and handcrafted nature of our bath and body items, returns, refunds, or exchanges may not be possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

We understand that things can happen during shipping, and we want to make it right if your order arrives damaged.

If your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging

We’ll review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation and product availability.

Important Notes

  • We do not accept returns due to personal preference (e.g., scent, texture, or ingredient sensitivity). Please read our product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

  • Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations in appearance are normal and not considered defects.

  • Refunds will not be granted for orders where incorrect addresses were provided by the customer at checkout.
